Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter. The promoter of this giveaway is Universal Packaging.
2. Eligibility. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Giveaway Period. The giveaway runs from March 01, 2026, to May 31, 2026.
4. How to Enter. To enter, participants must make a single order of $300.00NZD or more of both cartons and tape in the participating month.
5. Prize Details. Five (5) winners in March, April, and May will receive a workplace shout of 8 randomly selected Fat Bastard pies valued at approximately $77.00NZD. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
6. Prize Conditions. Delivery is limited to non-rural New Zealand addresses. If the pie supplier (Fat Bastard Pies) is unable to fulfil the subscription, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
8. Publicity. By entering, the winner agrees to the Promoter using their name, image, and/or entry for promotional purposes.
9. Privacy. Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Details will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the prize.
10. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, illness, or injury suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize.
11. General. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
