The powered ring carries the film around the pallet while it sits still on the conveyor, so even light, unstable or double-stacked loads automatically come out securely wrapped. The powered carriage effectively pre-stretches every roll further then cuts the film before sending it on, wrapping more pallets per wrap roll and trimming film and labour costs as it does.
Film changes are just as easy. Wulftec’s exclusive NO-THREAD® pre-stretch carriage tilts out so a new roll drops straight in. There’s no fiddly film threading, and a Lexan safety cover keeps hands well away from the rollers once the gate is closed.
