Last month, two of our team members travelled to Europe to attend Interpack – the triennial packaging and processing trade fair held in Dusseldorf, Germany.
With over 2,700 exhibitors and more than 170,000 visitors, the event is a great opportunity for suppliers and customers to connect, share and inspire with new ideas and fresh innovation.
On the 16th of June we held a Pink Ribbon Breakfast here at Universal Packaging. The event provided both a wonderful opportunity to catch up with some great people (and eat delicious food), and the chance to support a truly vital charity.
It’s always interesting working alongside someone who might run out the door at a moment’s notice from work – even more so when it’s for some incredibly good reasons!

All eyes were on the prize
on our recent team day. Culinary creativity and target practice made for lots of fun and a touch of healthy friction for the Universal Packaging crew this March.
Assistance was needed rapidly for many in the North Island after the recent disastrous flooding. Thinking inside the box and above and beyond the everyday has been vital for ensuring isolated communities can receive the necessary care and support.
Recently we welcomed Donna to the accounts and administration team and quickly discovered she’s a woman of many talents.
Kylie Taylor has now worked in the packaging industry for over 25 years.
